How South Dakota will Implement the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009

The Recovery Act allowed South Dakota to restore levels of funding that may have been lost and maintain existing programs which may have been cut, in addition to providing additional services through a variety of Federal programs. This does not represent cash received by the state, it shows changes to the appropriated budget based on estimates of what each agency may receive.
